At GlowBling Jewelry, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

a. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
b. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
c. A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required.
d. The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Provide your order details and a reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photographs as evidence.
c. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping

a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
b. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. GlowBling is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed as follows:

a. If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
b. Shipping charges and other non-refundable fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.
c. In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
